1. General Provisions

Any use of the llhost.eu website, including placing orders, browsing pages, or interacting with services, constitutes acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all services provided by BRAINOZA OÜ (hereinafter — LLHOST) through the llhost.eu website.

2. Definitions

Client — an individual or legal entity placing an order.

LLHOST — BRAINOZA OÜ, Reg. No. 16547924, VAT EE102539217, address: Vesivärava tn 50-201, Kesklinna, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia.

Services — any services specified in the order and provided by LLHOST.

Order — an electronic agreement between the Client and LLHOST, placed via the Client Area.

Agreement — an Order activated by LLHOST.

Client Area — a secure section of the website accessible after login, used for managing orders, payments, cancellations, and receiving notifications.

3. Scope of Services

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS) with pre-installed systems
• Domain name registration services
• DNS hosting (SimpleDNS and FreeDNS)
• Other services listed on the website or individually agreed

4. Agreement Formation

The Agreement is considered concluded upon service activation by LLHOST. LLHOST may cancel any unconfirmed Order at its discretion.

5. Pricing

All prices on llhost.eu are in EUR and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated. LLHOST may change prices prior to Order activation. Annual price indexing may occur without explicit client consent, with notification provided before the next billing cycle.

6. Payment

Invoices must be paid before the end of the current billing period. Supported payment methods: Visa/Mastercard (via Stripe), PayPal, Cryptocurrency, and SEPA bank transfer.

7. Late Payment and Suspension

Services are suspended on the due date if payment is not received. Services are automatically deleted on the 7th day after suspension, and the invoice is voided. The service may be restored within the 7-day grace period upon full payment.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

8.2. VPS orders include a 3-day money-back guarantee from activation.

8.3. Refunds are issued as credit to the Client’s internal account. Refunds to external payment methods are possible only as an exception and may incur fees.

8.4. No refunds for:

• domain registrations
• cancellations made after 3 days from activation
• violations of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

9. Cancellation Policy

• Services can be cancelled only using the "Cancel Service" button in the Order details within the Client Area.
• The minimum billing period is 1 month. No partial refunds are issued if a client cancels early, unless covered by section 8.2.
• Service suspension due to non-payment is not considered cancellation. Services remain active until deleted on day 7.
• LLHOST may issue partial refunds as internal credit only and at its sole discretion.

10. Backups (Snapshots)

Each VPS order includes 1 free snapshot. Clients can enable automatic snapshot creation in the service settings. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. LLHOST does not guarantee the recoverability of snapshots, but we regularly test the snapshot system and aim for consistent and reliable operation. For critical data, storing copies outside the VPS (e.g. LLHOST block storage or off-site) is strongly recommended.

11. Limitation of Liability

LLHOST is not liable for:

• lost profits, data, clients, or business opportunities
• service interruptions or website issues
• actions of third parties (datacenters, registrars, payment providers)
• accuracy, uptime, or security, unless explicitly guaranteed under the SLA

LLHOST’s total liability per Order is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the current billing period. All services are provided "as-is" without warranties.

12. Usage and Acceptable Conduct

Services may only be used for lawful and ethical purposes. Clients must comply with the AUP. LLHOST may restrict, suspend, or terminate services in response to AUP violations, legal obligations, or requests by competent authorities.

13. Security

Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials, SSH keys, and service access. LLHOST is not responsible for data loss due to compromised credentials or user error.

14. Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by Estonian courts under LLHOST’s place of registration.

15. Amendments

LLHOST may update these Terms without prior notice. Updates apply to new Orders and renewals after notification via the Client Area or email.

16. Communications

LLHOST communicates via the Client Area and registered email. All such communications are considered delivered.

17. Language and Precedence

The official and legally binding version of these Terms is the English version, published on llhost.eu. In case of discrepancies with translations, the English version shall prevail.
